Qualifications

• Must have certification or proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims (both highly desired).
• At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst, with ideally 3+ years in Epic PB module build.
• Experience with billing in New York state is desirable.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality per specifications with clear documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for optimal system performance.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and member maintenance issues.
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvement.
• Grow technical design, analysis, and system enhancements capabilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
