Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Orders analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Orders applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, design solutions, and assist end-users to implement changes.

The role requires 3 years of experience with Epic modules, an Associates degree (or 2 years of relevant work as substitute), and Epic Application Certification within 6 months. It is a remote-based position with 0–25% travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
  • Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate’s Degree.
  • Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
  • Preferred: Epic Orders Exp; Bugsy Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
  • Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflows and improves user experience.
  • Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and supports end-users.
  • Manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
  • Performs root cause analysis to resolve problems and documents solutions.
