Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Orders Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Orders applications. You will perform business analysis, requirements documentation, system design, and user support to implement solutions.

The role requires 3 years of Epic modules experience, Epic Certification within 6 months, and a elligible Associate degree with substitution options. Travel is 0-25% and remote-based work is supported.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Associates degree or 2 years relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow; supports and maintains environments or applications.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and new functionality.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to resolve issues and enhance use of Epic.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
