Qualifications
- Associates degree or 2 years relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
- Epic Application Certification within 6 months is required.
Responsibilities
- Includes design/build/test/rollout and support for Epic software.
- Analyze system requirements and user experience; document workflows.
- Configure changes in Epic environments to standardize workflows.
- Provide end-user training and create implementation documentation.
- Support problem resolution and perform root-cause analysis.
- Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
