enGen is seeking an Epic Orders Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Orders applications. The role focuses on business/systems analysis, requirements documentation, system design, and resolving end-user issues. Remote-based with potential travel in the US healthcare setting.

Requires 3 years of Epic modules administration and Epic Orders experience, plus 2+ years in healthcare. A related associate degree is preferred; Epic Application Certification within 6 months is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Orders Exp preferred.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow; supports environments/applications.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems with new functionality.
• Manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
