Job summary

enGen is seeking a remote-based Epic Orders Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Orders applications. You will perform business analysis, define requirements, design systems, and resolve end-user issues while maintaining documentation and training materials.

The role requires 3 years of Epic modules administration, an Epic Application Certification within 6 months, and a compatible degree. Travel is 0-25% with HIPAA compliance and patient data protection as part of daily

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications. Performs and documents workflow analysis while evaluating user experience.
• Uses knowledge of Epic to configure changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and address end-user needs.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects independently and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
