enGen is seeking an Epic Orders Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Orders applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document designs, and train end-users while maintaining issue resolution across environments.

The role requires 3 years of Epic module admin experience, an Associates degree (or 2 years of relevant work), and Epic Application Certification within 6 months. This remote-based position offers exposure to healthcare workflows.

Formación

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Orders preferred.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months or willingness to obtain it.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow; supports end-users.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and new functionalities.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
