Job summary

enGen is seeking a qualified Epic analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Orders applications. You will analyze requirements, design workflows, document solutions, and train end-users. The role involves executing small to medium projects and performing root-cause analysis to resolve issues.

Requirements include 3 years of Epic module administration and Epic Application Certification within 6 months. Bachelor’s degree preferred, remote-based work available.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree acceptable.
• Preferred: Epic Orders Exp; 3 years of healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow and trains end-users.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; corrects issues and implements new functionality.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
• Conducts root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
