Job summary

enGen seeks an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Orders applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, and document designs while communicating with end users to implement solutions.

You will design, test, and maintain Epic workflows, provide guidance to users, and resolve routine to moderately complex issues. Remote-based with travel 0–25% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Associates degree required or 2 years related work experience in lieu of degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow analyses for end-users.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and fixes issues.
• Leads small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root-cause analysis and documents solutions.
