Job summary

enGen is seeking a qualified Epic Orders Systems Analyst for a remote-based opportunity across multiple states. The role requires configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic Orders applications, with emphasis on analysis, design, and user guidance.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of Epic modules systems administration, an associate degree (or equivalent experience), and Epic Application Certification within 6 months. Travel is 0–25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyses and determines system requirements, specifications, and workflow impacts.
• Documents workflow changes and user guidance for Epic environments.
• Maintains and updates Epic environments to meet end-user needs and new functionality.
• Provides guidance to end-users to optimize Epic usage and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, build, test, and deploy Epic modules.
• Analyze requirements and document specifications.
• Configure changes within Epic to support standardized workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on Epic environments.
• Train users and assist with end-user support and problem resolution.
