Job summary

enGen seeks an Epic Orders analyst responsible for configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic Orders applications. You will perform business analysis, requirements documentation, system design, and resolution of end-user issues, communicating with end-users to implement solutions.

The candidate should have 3 years of Epic module systems administration experience and an Associate degree, with a preference for a Bachelor's in CS/IS/Healthcare. Epic Certification within 6 months is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow analysis; supports environments or applications with domain knowledge.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; fixes issues and implements new technologies.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to improve Epic usage.
