Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Orders administrator/analyst to configure, rollout, and support the Epic Orders applications. You will perform business analysis, define requirements, document designs, and resolve end-user issues, enabling smoother workflows across departments.

The role requires 3 years of Epic module administration experience, Epic Application Certification within 6 months, and an Associate’s degree (or 2 years of relevant work experience).

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and specifications; documents workflow analyses and user needs.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems with new functionality.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance Epic usage and resolve issues.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
