Zusammenfassung

enGen seeks an Epic Orders application analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Orders modules. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document designs, and assist end-users with solutions in a healthcare setting.

This remote-based role requires 3 years of Epic administration experience and Epic Application Certification within 6 months (or 2 years of relevant work in lieu of degree). Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow analysis.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and resolves issues.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
