Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Orders analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic orders applications. You will analyze requirements, design configurations, document processes, and resolve end-user issues in a remote-based role. The position emphasizes collaboration with users, training, and ongoing system improvements.

Requires 3 years of Epic module administration, Epic Certification within 6 months, and an Associate degree (or 2 years related experience). Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Associates degree required or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software modules.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflows and training materials.
• Configures changes in Epic environments to provide workflows and resolves end-user issues.
• Manages small to medium projects and reports progress to stakeholders.
• Conducts root cause analysis to resolve problems and document solutions.
