Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Orders Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Orders applications. The role emphasizes business/systems analysis, requirements definition, and documentation to resolve end-user issues.

You will work remotely in a healthcare setting, require 3 years of Epic module experience, and will pursue Epic Application Certification within 6 months. Travel is 0–25% to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Applications Certification within 6 months.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree can be substituted.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyses system requirements and documents workflow analyses; supports environments using domain knowledge.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; resolves end-user issues.
• Manages small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Performs root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
