Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Orders Analyst to configure, roll out, and support the Epic Orders application(s). You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document designs, and communicate with end-users to resolve issues.

You will plan and support Epic software, analyze workflow needs, configure changes, provide end-user guidance, and manage small to medium projects with stakeholder updates. Strong problem-solving and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Orders Exp preferred.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflows and user experiences.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; supports end-users.
• Contributes to small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve problems.

2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience
