enGen is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Orders applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document designs, and resolve issues while communicating with end users.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Orders Exp preferred.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow; supports environments.
• Configures changes within the Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; supports end-users.
• Updates stakeholders on progress on tasks and projects.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
