enGen is seeking an Epic Orders Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Orders applications. You will analyze user needs, define requirements, and document system specifications while communicating with end users to implement solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring Epic workflows, maintaining environments, and providing guidance to users. The role involves leading small projects and performing root cause analysis to resolve issues, with a remote-based position and 0-25% travel.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; substitutions allow 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Healthcare preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software workflows.
• Analyzes requirements and documents system specifications; performs workflow analysis and user experience evaluation.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates end-user guidance.
• Contributes to small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve issues and documents findings.
