Job summary

enGen seeks a detail-oriented Epic OpTime Analyst to join the combined Epic OpTime and Anesthesia team. You will configure, roll out, and support Epic OpTime, engaging end-users to capture requirements and implement solutions for perioperative workflows.

Several responsibilities include system upgrades, testing, and designing workflows within Epic OpTime, with emphasis on efficiency in perioperative areas and strong collaboration with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field preferred.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for periop departments leveraging Epic OpTime.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate needs into Epic OpTime solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing and implementation of Epic OpTime.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in perioperative/surgical areas.
• Plan, design/build, test, and support Epic software needs.
• Configure changes within Epic environments to standardize workflows.
