Job summary

enGen seeks a highly motivated Epic OpTime Analyst to join our combined Epic OpTime and Anesthesia team. The ideal candidate will understand perioperative workflows and have experience with Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia modules.

Epic OpTime certification is preferred but not required. This role involves configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic applications, with responsibilities in business analysis, requirements definition, system design, and end-user training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Epic OpTime or related modules.
• Experience with perioperative workflows and Epic systems.
• Epic OpTime certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for perioperative departments using Epic OpTime.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate needs into Epic OpTime solutions.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, and implementation of Epic OpTime.
• Design, build, test, and support Epic configurations to meet end-user needs.
• Lead small to medium projects and keep stakeholders updated.
