Job summary

enGen is seeking a highly motivated Epic OpTime Analyst to join our perioperative team. You will configure, roll out, and support Epic OpTime and related modules, working with end-users to translate needs into effective workflows.

The role emphasizes system analysis, documentation, testing, and problem resolution, with opportunities to lead small projects and improve perioperative efficiency in a remote-based setting.

Qualifications

3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
Epic Application Certification within 6 months (required) or willing to obtain.
Experience with Epic OpTime or Anesthesia modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support for perioperative departments leveraging the Epic OpTime module.
Collaborate with clinical staff to translate needs into analytical solutions within Epic OpTime.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation related to Epic OpTime.
Plan, design/build, test, and support Epic software to meet end-user needs.
