Job summary

enGen seeks a highly motivated Epic OpTime Analyst to join our combined Epic OpTime and Anesthesia team. The candidate will understand perioperative workflows and have experience with Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia modules.

This role involves configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic applications, performing business analysis, documenting requirements, and training end-users. Certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within Epic modules.
• Epic OpTime experience or ORIS/PIS management preferred.
• 2 years of relevant healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for periop departments using the Epic OpTime.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate needs into Epic OpTime solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of Epic OpTime.
• Design, build, test, and support Epic configurations.
• Create documentation and training materials for Epic implementations.
