enGen is seeking an Epic OpTime Analyst to join our combined Epic OpTime and Anesthesia team. You will configure, roll out, and support Epic OpTime applications, collaborating with clinical staff to translate needs into analytical solutions.

The role involves system upgrades, testing, and project participation, focusing on efficiency improvements in perioperative areas and user guidance to resolve issues. Remote-based position with ongoing documentation efforts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Associates degree required or 2 years relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide analytical support for the periop departments, leveraging the Epic OpTime module.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate needs into Epic OpTime solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation processes for Epic OpTime.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve perioperative efficiency.
• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software workflows.
• Creates and maintains documentation and training materials for implementations.
