Job summary

enGen seeks an Epic OpTime Analyst to join the combined Epic OpTime and Anesthesia team. The role involves configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic applications with emphasis on perioperative workflows, including analysis, requirements, design, and problem resolution. Certification is preferred but not required.

The analyst will work remotely with a 0–25% travel expectation, engaging with end-users to implement effective Epic OpTime solutions and improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic OpTime Systems Analyst experience OR ORIS/PIS management experience.
• 3 years of healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for periop departments leveraging Epic OpTime.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate needs into Epic OpTime solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation for Epic OpTime.
• Plan, design/build/test and support Epic software workflows.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials for implementations.
