Job summary

enGen is seeking a highly motivated Epic OpTime Analyst to join our Epic OpTime and Anesthesia team. The ideal candidate will configure, roll out, and support Epic OpTime workflows, collaborate with clinical staff, and participate in upgrades and testing to improve perioperative efficiency.

Required: 3 years of systems administration in Epic modules; Associates degree or 2 years of relevant experience; Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with perioperative workflows in Epic OpTime/Anesthesia.
• Epic OpTime certification preferred but not required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for perioperative departments leveraging Epic OpTime.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate needs into Epic OpTime solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing and implementation for Epic OpTime.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve perioperative efficiency.
• Plan, design, build, test, implement and support Epic software workflows.
• Document workflow analysis and user guidance for Epic environments.
