Job summary

enGen is seeking a highly motivated Epic OpTime Analyst to join our combined Epic OpTime and Anesthesia team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of perioperative workflows and demonstrate experience with Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia modules.

While Epic OpTime certification is preferred, it is not a requirement at the time of hire. This job is responsible for configuring, rolling out, and supporting the assigned Epic application(s).

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within Epic modules.
• Epic OpTime experience preferred (ORIS/PIS also acceptable).
• 2 years of healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for the periop departments, leveraging the Epic OpTime module.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate needs into analytic solutions within Epic OpTime.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation processes related to Epic OpTime.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve perioperative/surgical efficiency and effectiveness.
• Plan, design/build, test, implement, and support Epic software needs.
• Create and maintain workflow analyses, documentation, training materials, and end-user guides.
