Job summary
UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Tier 1 Epic MyChart support specialist to assist patients, providers, and staff in a high-volume, remote call center. You will resolve access issues, troubleshoot Epic MyChart and related workflows, document incidents in ServiceNow, and ensure HIPAA-compliant service delivery while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of application support or patient portal experience.
- 6+ months of remote work support experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for Epic MyChart, Epic Care Link, and related workflows.
- Assist patients with account access, password resets, and portal navigation.
- Troubleshoot application issues via phone, email, or other channels.
- Document, track, and manage incidents in ServiceNow.
- Escalate complex issues to Epic teams when needed.
- Support go-live events, upgrades, and security workflows.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant, high-quality customer service.
