Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst. This fully remote role focuses on day-to-day support, design, and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet workflows for care management and coordination.

You will work with care managers, clinical and operations leadership, and informatics teams to implement standard solutions that scale and improve patient care. Required: 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree, or 7+ years without a degree.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree (Required).
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required).
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Epic Healthy Planet care management and care coordination workflows.
• Build and optimize configurations; support quarterly Epic updates.
• Develop test plans; handle incidents and enhancement requests; support cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical/operations leadership, and informatics teams.
