Sentara Health is seeking a Senior IT Specialty Analyst for Epic Healthy Planet, fully remote in the United States. The role focuses on design, build, and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet to support population health and value-based care initiatives.

Requires Epic Healthy Planet Certification and extensive module experience, with cross-functional collaboration across clinical, operational, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree required.
• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead configuration and maintenance of Epic Healthy Planet tools (Compass Rose, registries, care gaps, risk scores, dashboards).
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to translate population health goals into Epic workflows.
• Design and implement solutions supporting care management, quality improvement, and risk stratification.
• Serve as SME for Healthy Planet and guide best practices and optimization.
