Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring for an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst. This is a fully remote role contributing to care management workflows and configurations within the Epic Healthy Planet suite.

You will partner with care managers and leadership, develop test plans, and support quarterly updates while aligning with Epic best practices. A 5+ year degree-relevant track or 7+ years without a degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet workflows and configuration.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical and operations leaders and informatics teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop test plans, handle incident coverage, and support project work across teams.
