Job summary

Epic ECSM Application Analyst is sought for a largely remote role with possible onsite work for Go Live in September. The analyst will install, configure and deploy systems via Kuiper including MyChart, MyChartMobile, CareLink, CareEveryWhere, HyperspaceWeb, EPS, BLOB, Interconnect, WelcomeWeb, IVR, BCA and BCAWEB.

They will monitor Systempulse to maintain a highly available, secure environment and manage client system records and printer queues.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures and deploys via Kuiper the following systems: MyChart, MyChartMobile, CareLink, CareEveryWhere, HyperspaceWeb, EPS, BLOB, Interconnect, WelcomeWeb, IVR, BCA and BCAWEB.
• Monitors Systempulse and responds to alerts to ensure a highly available, stable and secure environment.
• Responsible for Client Systems owned record builds to include EPR's and LWS's, as well printer queue creation.
• Participates in off hours SU deployments and version upgrades as required.
