• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow; creates user guides and training materials.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and resolves issues.
• Manages small to medium projects; keeps stakeholders updated on progress.
• Performs root-cause analysis and documents solutions for routine to moderately complex problems.
