Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Epic ECSA in a hospital environment.
• Experience supporting Hyperspace Web, Interconnect and MyChart infrastructure.
• Proficient with Windows Server and IIS for web-platform operations.

Responsibilities

• HSW administration: maintain server environments and performance.
• Interconnect administration: manage deployments and service health.
• MyChart infrastructure: support server-side components and troubleshoot.
• Web-platform operations: manage IIS, certificates, DNS, and load balancers.
• Change and release: deploy updates and validate service health.
• Reliability: monitor health, investigate failures, and coordinate escalations.
