Advocate Health is seeking a BI/Analytics Engineer to independently configure, monitor, and maintain analytical and operational BI platforms in a remote office setting. You will train analysts, enforce standards, and manage content lifecycle while collaborating across time zones.

Required are 5–7 years with Epic applications and BI tools, a Bachelor's in CS or related field, and Epic Cogito certifications or equivalents. Remote-friendly with flexible schedule and enterprise benefits.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical and logical thinking with good communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and customer service focus.
• Familiarity with 3rd party BI tools and administration thereof.
• Understanding of hardware and software in IT environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
• Understanding of EHR workflows and reporting administration.
• Ability to manage and monitor projects and milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and servers.
• Monitor BI tools and systems for performance and usage.
• Ensure content developers adhere to policies and train analysts.
• Provide support for BI/reporting systems including upgrades and security changes.
• Manage security provisioning and access; participate in on-call rotations.
• Lifecycle management of analytics content; auditing and retirement.
• Document tasks per industry and organizational standards.
• Manage projects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Stay informed on healthcare, EHR, BI tech trends; mentor juniors.
