Advocate Health seeks an experienced BI/EPIC Cogito professional to design, configure, and monitor analytics platforms in a remote office environment. You will ensure content quality, security, and ongoing improvements across BI tooling and Epic Cogito systems.

The role requires 5–7 years of Epic applications and BI tools experience, with Epic Cogito certifications preferred. Remote collaboration across time zones is common, with occasional travel and flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience with Epic Cogito and/or BI tools.
• Epic Cogito certifications preferred: Cogito, Cogito Tools Administration, Cogito Project Manager, or Caboodle/Clarity certifications.
• 5–7 years of experience in Epic applications and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain analytical and operational BI platforms and servers.
• Monitor BI tools for performance and adherence to standards.
• Provide end-user training and document usage of BI/reporting tools.
• Support BI/reporting systems including upgrades, security changes, and on-call participation.
• Maintain security configurations and access provisioning.
• Manage analytics content lifecycle and retire outdated content.
