Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an Epic Clinical Service Desk Specialist (REMOTE) to join our Epic Clinical Service Desk team.

The role focuses on clinical and technical processes within the Epic EMR suite, guiding the desk with optimization and cost-effective improvements while collaborating with executives at the client site. Responsibilities include incident analysis, Epic workflow discussions, change management prep, SLA monitoring, and developing training content with the Epic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Healthcare Service Management-ITSM experience.
• Certification in Epic modules: Ambulatory, ASAP, Inpatient Orders and/or Clin Doc, ADT, or Willow.
• Experience managing a help desk or staff that supported IT clinical systems.
• Minimum 1 year of experience extracting data and running statistical reports.
• 1-3 years of Clinical Informatics experience.
• Experience in EMR system integration with other clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide single point of contact for customer for all concerns and matters related to the Epic Clinical Service Desk.
• Lead discussions involving Epic and Epic workflows, best practices, and optimization opportunities.
• Analyze incidents for trends, RCA, and process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations regarding contractual performance to Customer leadership.
• Develop knowledge base articles and documents with Customer Epic team.
• Collaborate with Service Desk training team to provide Epic training content to agents.
• Review daily reports for SLA compliance.
• Oversee project work hours and Epic-related SOPs.
