Job summary

NTT DATA Services seeks a Clinical Service Desk Senior Associate for a fully remote role based anywhere in the US. The incumbent will join a 24x7 provider clinical service desk, handling inbound calls and supporting clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.

Shift flexibility and potential overtime are required to meet client and business needs. The role demands strong communication, a professional service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of service desk / helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience (i.e., 2 years of work experience and 2 years of technical education)
• Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from healthcare customers in a 24x7 call center environment
• Respond to incidents related to clinical applications (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech) and document/close or escalate as needed
• Drive incident resolution on a 24/7 desk
• Maintain quiet, private workspace with high-speed internet
• Adhere to shift requirements including nights, weekends and holidays
