Job summary

NTT DATA Services seeks an Epic Clinical Service Desk Onsite Specialist to support our Epic EMR client site. The role focuses on clinical and technical Epic workflows, process improvements, and executive-level collaboration.

You will guide the clinical support desk, work on incident analysis, and help deliver cost-effective improvements. The position requires clinical IT experience, Epic module certifications, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in healthcare IT service desk or hospital setting.
• Experience supporting Epic end-user needs and workflows.
• Certification in one or more Epic modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for Epic Clinical Service Desk issues.
• Lead discussions on Epic workflows and optimization opportunities.
• Analyze incidents for trends and RCA as requested.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for leadership.
• Develop SOPs and training content with Epic team.
