Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare IT service delivery with Epic focus.
• Proficient in Epic clinical workflows and configurations.
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client incidents and requests regarding the clinical aspects of the Epic suite.
• Proactively manage all incidents and requests and drive resolution to meet SLAs.
• Handle incoming calls and follow account-specific processes.
• Understand the latest configurations and changes of Epic.
• Participate in knowledge management and training content development.
• Analyze closed incidents to improve the knowledge base and mentor staff.
