Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Business Systems Analysis Senior Specialist to join our Clinical Service Desk team. This remote, United States-based position offers work-from-home flexibility and exposure to Epic configurations and clinical workflows.

You will respond to incidents, mentor staff, and contribute to knowledge management while ensuring SLAs are met and patient outcomes are improved through efficient support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Healthcare Systems-Customer Service experience.
• Certification or Proficiency in one or more Epic modules.
• Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client incidents and requests regarding Epic clinical workflows.
• Proactively manage incidents and requests to meet SLAs.
• Mentor service desk staff.
• Develop knowledge management and training content.
