Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking an Epic Clinical Service Desk Onsite Specialist to join the Epic Clinical Service Desk team. You will provide expert clinical and technical support for Epic EMR systems, driving workflow optimization and performance improvements for a major client.

The role involves leading Epic discussions, analyzing incidents, and delivering trainings and knowledge base content. Onsite with our client, you will interact with executives to ensure service levels and successful

Qualifications

Must have 1–2 years in Epic end user support or hospital help desk.
Epic certification in Ambulatory, ASAP, Inpatient Orders, Clin Doc, ADT, or Willow preferred.
Experience managing a help desk or staff who supported IT clinical systems.
Experience extracting data and running statistical reports.

Responsibilities

Provide single point of contact for Epic Clinical Service Desk concerns.
Lead discussions on Epic workflows and optimization opportunities.
Analyze incidents for trends and process improvements.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance reports to Customer leadership.
Develop Epic knowledge base articles with the Customer Epic team.
Collaborate on Epic training content for agents.
