Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or clinical license.
• Epic Cadence certification required.
• 4–6 years of clinical, operational, revenue cycle, scheduling, patient access, or applications experience.
• Experience supporting Epic Cadence workflows and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead ambulatory and hospital operations in Epic Cadence enhancements and workflow improvements.
• Oversee design, build, configuration, maintenance, and validation of Epic Cadence.
• Perform complex analysis, build, and optimization of Epic Cadence workflows.
• Lead coordinated testing plans (regression, unit, system, integration) for Epic Cadence.
