Job summary

Hummingbird Healthcare is seeking an experienced Cadence Epic Analyst to implement and optimize scheduling configurations for our clients. You’ll partner with client teams and Epic IT to manage tickets, deploy changes, and translate operational decisions into Epic builds.

A strong combination of Epic Cadence expertise, certification, and collaborative communication is essential. You’ll work remotely from anywhere in the United States and contribute to Cross-functional projects like Fast Pass

Qualifications

• 2–4 years as an Epic Cadence analyst with scheduling expertise.
• Active Epic Cadence certification is required.
• Working knowledge of Epic Referrals workflows is helpful.
• Ability to translate operational decisions into Epic builds without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage open tickets with client teams and Epic IT.
• Configure Epic scheduling tools, including rules and waitlists.
• Support scheduling workflows for referrals and follow-up orders.
• Maintain referral notifications and appointment reminders.
• Create reports in Epic to monitor workflows and performance.
• Lead client meetings and drive project updates.
• Contribute to cross-functional scheduling initiatives and improvements.
• Provide guidance to schedulers and clinic staff as needed.
