Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Application Analyst Lead for Epic Cadence Scheduling and Referrals to join our IT team in a remote role requiring residency in KY or IN. Responsibilities include leading deployment, configuration, testing, and support of enterprise scheduling systems.

The role bridges IT and operational teams, analyzes workflows, ensures HIPAA compliance, and documents procedures for medium to large initiatives with HIPAA considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus six years' related experience, or three years in lieu of a degree.
• Certification or licensure as applicable.
• Epic Cadence Certification/Proficiency with Honors strongly desired.
• Candidates with appropriate related IT / medical group scheduling/access/referrals experience will be considered but will be expected to pass certification/proficiency exams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between IT and operations to align system design with operational processes.
• Involves data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support.
• Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation; ensures HIPAA and Meaningful Use compliance.
