Qualifications

  • Experience with Epic Cadence and Patient Access modules.
  • Ability to gather requirements from clinicians and operations and translate into Epic configurations.
  • Proven experience in scheduling, registration, and patient access workflows.
  • Experience supporting software upgrades, testing, validation and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, test, and support Epic Cadence and related Patient Access applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into Epic solutions.
  • Support scheduling, registration, admissions, referrals, insurance verification, authorization, and patient access workflows.
  • Configure visit types, scheduling templates, provider records, work queues, and registration components.
  • Perform system analysis and workflow optimization to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in upgrades, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing user support.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and change control records.
  • Mentor junior analysts and share best practices.
