Job summary

Froedtert Health in Wisconsin is seeking a remote Epic Cadence Scheduling Specialist to design, build and maintain scheduling templates for ambulatory clinics and departments. You will plan Cadence modifications to improve operating efficiency and ensure smooth integration with all Epic applications.

Requires a minimum of 2 years in medical operations related to scheduling; Epic Cadence experience or certification is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical operations related to patient scheduling, access and/or clinical systems.
• Epic scheduling systems experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent Experience Is Required.
• Epic Proficiency/Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds and maintains Epic Cadence scheduling templates and protocols.
• Plans and executes Cadence modifications to increase efficiency and integration with Epic apps.
• Processes department requests within timelines and ensures compliance with standards.
• Participates in testing of enhancements and major template changes.
