Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems.
• Epic Cadence certification (required).
• Experience with Cadence visit type and template build is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize provider scheduling templates using Epic Cadence best practices
• Analyze data and workflows to identify scheduling and capacity improvements
• Lead end-to-end system enhancements: requirements, build, testing, deployment
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
• Develop and execute test scripts to ensure accuracy and system integrity
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT and vendors
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users and super-users
• Mentor junior team members and promote standardization and best practices
