Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Beaker specialist to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will analyze workflows, document requirements, and design/build/test/implement Epic solutions while guiding end-users to optimize usage.

The role also involves managing small to medium projects and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues, with a focus on problem-solving and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

3 years of Epic systems administration experience.
Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field.

Responsibilities

Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
Perform workflow analysis and document requirements.
Design, build, test, implement, and support Epic needs.
Provide end-user guidance and issue resolution for Epic.
Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders timely.
