Job summary

Highmark Health seeks an Epic Beaker administrator to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You’ll analyze workflows, define requirements, document designs, and implement robust configurations that support standardized Epic workflows.

You will perform workflow analysis, train end users, and manage small-to-mid size projects while maintaining strong customer service and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS/Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Perform business/systems analysis, define requirements, and document designs.
• Plan, design, test, implement, and support Epic workflows.
• Provide end-user guidance and resolve system issues.
• Lead small to medium projects and report progress to stakeholders.
