Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Beaker administrator to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will analyze workflows, document requirements, and design solutions to streamline Epic workflows. The role includes project participation and end-user training to maximize system adoption.

You will perform root cause analysis, maintain documentation, and provide guidance to end-users while ensuring HIPAA compliance and security policies are followed.

Competenze

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Mansioni

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and document requirements.
• Provide guidance and end-user support to optimize Epic usage.
• Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
